As Mitt Romney considers whether to run for an open US Senate seat in Utah, the person who can most influence him is encouraging him to get into the race: his wife, Ann.
Ann Romney — a confidante for nearly all of Romney’s adult life and frequent catalyst for his political ambitions — is fully supporting a campaign for Senate, another strong indicator he will run, according to four people close to the Romneys. Her own battle with multiple sclerosis is not a major factor, with all signs indicating that her health remains strong, the people said.

I said that if his personal life was miserable, he would run. If she wants him out of the house she confirms that his personal life is miserable.
What about hers? I'm sure she just wants to spend her time with her grandchildren.
We only have one, and he's 7. My wife gets mad at my daughter, when she picks him up before Nana gets home. I'm not complaining, we at least get to see him every other week, for at least a couple of days.
I simply can't imagine him not being near us. That's my perspective, and it puzzles me why all of these aged Congress critters stay in office, when they could be enjoying themselves with their grandkids.
She wants him out of the house because he is a pain.
Prediction: Soon Ann Coulter will endorse Minion for Utah senator (despite his pro-amnesty positions). Wait for it . . . .
