Bannon signed a non-disclosure agreement and then violated it.
No such thing as free speech if one signs a NDA. This is not staged, this is how Trump operates. Bannon is going to regret the day he ever met Trump. Trump blasted Bannon today as a leaker. He wouldnt say that if it wasn’t true. He’d have blasted the book as Fake News. Bannon is a turncoat.
Bannon was an employee of the campaign. Employers everywhere have certain rights to limit speech, especially speech that is a matter of opinion, not fact, or that gratuitously maligns the product they took money to promote; in this case, a political candidacy.
There is no free speech if a non disclosure agreement was signed.
How about a contract.
