Sure they are. Look at the war on ISIS which is failing and the Dow which is down what 10,000 points. Oh and consumer confidence is at record low. Yeah they are doing a number on Trump.
Trump has been remarkably successful.
That does not mean that people within the government are not trying to sabotage him.
