I’m glad Marco Rubio was mostly successful yesterday. With four kids and a stay-at-home wife, the child tax credit helps out my family. He’s my senator I called his office telling him to stand strong.
Glad to see Freepers still voting the vested interest ticket. Does your personal circumstances merit paying less taxes then anyone else making the same income as you?
So - the planned doubling of the tax credit already in the bill, plus the doubling of the personal deduction doesn’t help offset what the press has lied about this plan?
Or did the doubled child tax credit somehow disappear since the original bill was passed?
Seriously - everything I’ve read so far increased the child tax credit...
