Regardless if Gay/Trans/WTF ever conversion therapy is something you believe in or not, or even if it is total bunk, what about the 1st Amendment?

If you are a genetic male struggling with homosexuality, simply declare that you female for the purposes of "therapy" and require help in developing lesbian relationships.
