Only problem is Brooks lost in the primaries, so what makes her think he would have done any better? Also who knows what lies Democrats would have conjured up about him in the waning days before the election?

Brooks 2020, but this is 2017, and a lot of things can go wrong in the United States Senate in the next three years.
I believe I read elsewhere that Brooks has an especially nasty form of prostate cancer and may not even be alive in 2020.
