Sounds like McCabe is going to have to create a new story.

McCabe is definitely afraid to testify under oath.

Senate investigators should use the additional time to gather more information.

” The Justice Department told the network that the cancellation was due to a “routine scheduling error.””

Sure, he couldn’t appear in front of the intelligence oversight committee because they have their regular tuesday afternoon meeting.... he totally forgot all about it.

All this scum didn’t rise to the surface under Obama. It probably started under old man Bush. There are career diplomats and federal employees who have been on the job for 29 years and are now in high positions who are sitting back and watching this country be destroyed. You’d think there would be a whistle blower eventually.

Andy should stay away from parks, no late night walks and look into hiring non government armed guards to protect him, 24/7.

Trump lawyer wants separate special prosecutor to probe DOJ-Fusion conflicts
Fox News ^ | December 12, 2017 | Fox News
Posted on 12/12/2017, 1:19:43 PM by Golden Eagle

A top member of President Trump’s outside legal team called Tuesday for the appointment of a separate special prosecutor to look into potential conflicts of interest involving Justice Department and FBI officials.

Jay Sekulow made the call following a Fox News report revealing that the wife of a DOJ official demoted for concealing his meetings with the firm behind the anti-Trump “dossier” herself worked for the same firm, Fusion GPS, during the 2016 election.

Sekulow told Fox News that a special prosecutor should be appointed to look into these issues. A group of House Republicans for months has called for the appointment of a second special counsel to probe certain Obama and Clinton-related controversies, something Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reviewing.

When asked Tuesday about the Sekulow call, Sessions noted he’s already ordered that review following the prior call from members of Congress.

“I’ve put a senior attorney, with the resources he may need, to review cases in our office and make a recommendation to me ... if things aren’t being pursued that need to be pursued, if cases may need more resources to complete in a proper manner, and to recommend to me if the standards for a special counsel are met,” he said, calling that the “appropriate” course.

McCabe is one of the original four corners of the Deep State Coup.

Now it's deal making time. Who will go to prison, and who will rat out the others and make the deal first?

Unlike Mueller's fantasy probe of non-existent Trump-Russia collusion, REAL crimes were committed here, going back to Mueller, Rosenstein and Weissmann helping with the 145 million dollar mega-bribery Uranium One deal.

This coup will result in the biggest case of "blow-back" from any covert intel operation in history.

This is where Jeff Sessions needs to ORDER McCabe to haul his butt in front of Congress to testify or be FIRED.
If Sessions doesn’t have the integrity and cajones to do this, then Trump needs to fire Sessions as Sessions has been NOTHING BUT A DISAPPOINTMENT since he recused himself from the Russia investigation.

Make no mistake, this is just part of the Dog and Pony show, nothing to see. If it were REAL you would know it.

Congress has ALL the power in washington, the executive and judicial branch operate according to the whims of CONGRESS!

“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions. One has to wonder how a previous Congress might have responded to Alberto Gonzales’s endless recitations of “I do not recall.”

Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR

No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!

CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT!!!

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.

If the Republicans handle the next prosecutor as well as the first they might as well appoint Hillary to investigate it.
