This is one beautiful thing. Players seldom get hurt in this deep snow. The snow serves as a great cushion, and the players can't generally run fast enough to cause terrible collisions.
It was a thing of beauty. I'm 70 years old and never saw a game played in that much snow.
Beautiful.

I grew up in Upstate NY, and one of our real treats if there was a heavy snowstorm was to play tackle football in the street. That’s exactly what this reminded me of.

Thanks for that.
I just heard on tv that there were 97 running plays in the game -- the most since 1981 (36 years).

Not too many challenges on pass catches near the sidelines, since they were pretty much gone.

Lots of snow there too. Van Buren was pretty damn good. But I don't quite remember that one, I was only one year old.

Nope. Not even highlights on YouTube. NFL is dead to me.

Just look at the incredible snow and forget the Commish and some of the thugs playing the game.
Being a Pittsburgher, I have just a few minutes until I will be watching the Steelers (maybe lose) against the Ravens.

I understand what you’re trying to say, but sorry, I can’t. My disaffection with the NFL started several years ago (the writing was on the wall) and the kneeling for the National Anthem was the last nail. We as a nation have been entertained into a state of apathy.

I would have considered watching it if I had known it would be virtually unwatchable.

Thanks for that——fun to watch——I am a winter lover and find a good snowstorm delightful.
