The Constitutional guarantee of Free Speech does not allow one to lie to achieve an advantage in commerce. She is lying about her false "Blackness" to try to give her calendars added value that they do not rally have, and in doing so, defrauds purchasers and receives a fraud-based advantage over her competitive calendar producers/retailers.
Someone in Washington should order and pay for one, (so as to create unmistakable "standing" as an injured party), and then press criminal charges.

ANY kind of publicity is good for one’s career. There is no such thing as bad publicity. She is not all there, but she did nothing wrong. If “gender” is socially constructed, then so is race.
