A bill to protect unborn babies from brutal dismemberment abortions appears likely to pass the Pennsylvania legislature this December with bipartisan support.
However, pro-abortion Gov. Tom Wolf has promised to veto it.
Beth Melena, a spokeswoman for the state Democratic Party, told CNHI newspapers that Wolf “is the only reason” why Pennsylvania does not already ban dismemberment abortions.
Pennsylvania Senate Bill 3 passed the state Senate and is now awaiting action by the full House. It would prohibit dismemberment abortions that tear apart living unborn babies limb by limb while their hearts are beating. The bill also would prohibit abortions after 20 weeks when strong scientific evidence indicates unborn babies can feel pain. Exceptions would be allowed to save the life of the mother.
On Tuesday, state leaders held a press conference to urge Wolf to support the bill. A final vote on the bill could happen next week in the House.

More specifically, just as with the federal Constitution, the Pennsylvania constitution provides for overriding a veto with consent of 2/3 of each House.

You’d be surprised to know how many “Christian” politicians agree with this decision.
Following his trial and conviction for crimes against humanity, murder by abortion, and treason, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf should sentenced to death by dismemberment.
That POS should be tossed in with hyenas to be dismembered and eaten alive.
This state is full of Catholics who vote straight party Democrat. Drives me nuts.
The stunning implosion of the Left on the subject of sexual harassment may serve as a model on how to eliminate abortions. Hillary Clinton harped for so long and so hard on Trump’s alleged sexual harassment that women of the Left decided to show their support of her by coming out on their experiences regarding harassment. Because of the cultural link between liberalism and harassment, it was only liberals who were damaged by this implosion. But the model on how to create a cultural implosion now exists. The difficulty would be on adapting it to serve as a counter to the propaganda on “women’s health,” (code for abortion.) The thing to do is somehow organize the women who have had abortions and now regret it so that they all hit the news at or near the same time, creating a cascading effect. The widely distributed social media would serve to get the real horror stories out, as the media won’t carry them.
And after 20 weeks, the baby can be delivered and put in NICU.
There are rare cases in which the situation requires delivering the baby early, and none in which murdering the baby is a necessary option to end the pregnancy.
