Melissa McCarthy and Jennifer Aniston have dealt climate skeptics a blow from which they may never recover… a sketch on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday suggesting that not believing in climate change is the same as not believing in gravity.

I don’t believe in dishonest manipulated statistics and climate models with an a priori agenda that favors global warming, by people who fear and hate capitalism and economic progress, all for the purpose of promoting socialism.

No one is denying climate. No doubts the climate can change—it has in the past and no doubt will in the future. Is it changing now? Some doubt it. If it’s changing, why is it changing and what, if anything, could or should mankind do about it? That’s where things are in doubt and nobody has come up with the kind of evidence that Newton’s theory of gravity enjoys.

After that bit, I’m sure they got back on their chartered jet and went home to their mansions. The truth is, I like these actresses in the roles Ive even them in. I just wish they didnt make such fools of themselves in real life. The theory of man made global warning is just that...a theory. The climate has been changing since the existence of the planet....now we’re pinning it all on man. It seems unlikely to me for a number of reasons. In any case, two actress weighing in on it, would be like me weighing in on the quality of 16th century paintings. In that case, I only know what I’ve been told....which is to say I know nothing.

I do not know anyone who does not believe in climate change. The climate has constantly changed since the Earth began.
The idiots are the deniers who refuse to accept that the primary causes of climate change have nothing to do with people. For example, that big glowing ball of fire in the sky probably has a lot to do with the climate.
They can't tell me how much rain is going to fall, next month, in my back yard.
