If Trump wanted to raise the top rate from its present 39.6% to 50% that would be JUST FINE with me.

It’s not because I hate the rich, it’s because THE RICH (mostly) HATE TRUMP, and by definition, they hate me, and just about everyone else on this site. They can go to hell.

Same for higher end people in the blue states. They have high incomes, high standards of living, families, yet they continue to DEMAND (through their tax deductions) that people from Kansas pay for their crappy state governments. They can learn to live without those loopholes.

I am JUST PLAIN SICK of carrying their water on taxes. Yes, ideally, we should all have the lowest taxes possible - but that assumes the people benefiting the most don’t HATE THIS COUNTRY, as they apparently do, by their voting patterns.

That woke me up to how we are in a comply different world and them and faster we understand it the more we can save our country.

You won't "save our country" by attacking the millions of individual citizens you call "the rich". The enemies of our Republic are individuals, not groups or classes of taxpayers. Groups and classes were defined by Marx. Individual rights and Liberty were defined by the Constitution.

The main thrust for open borders comes from higher income tax payer who want cheap labor and or Democratic party control. They have vastly greater control over things then you and I do. Marx wrote that the capitalist

“would sell the rope to their own hanging and the Republican branch of the elite have proven this to be true. Not that they will bring communist to power but that a wealthy group of mainly elite Democrats with rino Republicans allied will take over the country and destroy liberty and individual rights. These upper class Democrats are the source of the problem along with the institutions they control. If they were not wealthy and did not have control of the institutions that they have and if their Republican counter parts were not so feckless we would not have a problem. The main problem does come from these upper classes and they do need to be called out.

You’ve lost your mind. raising taxes slows the economy down and hurts everyone. My God what is your problem?

While I agree with you regarding growth, they’re dicks. I’m THROUGH keeping their taxes down so that they can just send money to the Democrats.

And I guess it goes both ways. You wouldn’t support the RINO Republican for governor there, so you helped enable a MUCH WORSE person to win...what does that do for economic growth?

We’re not that much different...

No Bob we are not the same. Me refusing to vote for RINOs is not the same as you wanting to “tax the rich”. I will not vote for RINOs for political reasons. Taxing the rich is not a conservative position. Voting for only Conservative candidates, Gillespe not being conservative but really an establishment globalist swamp creature, is not the same as becoming a Marxist, like you apparently.

I’ll grant you that wanting to soak the rich is more Marxist than not, but voting to ENABLE Marxists (for any reason) is not all that much different...

I wasn’t voting for a Marxist. I didn’t vote at all.
