This seems to be sufficient cause to shut down Mueller’s entire operation. If the DOJ thinks there is still something worth investigating, they can start anew with a different special prosecutor and better vetting of the team. No question now that there are significant elements of a political witch hunt in this investigation.
This investigation is completely tainted. President Trump should pardon Flynn immediately and Flynn should sue the government for financial restitution for all the money had to spend to defend himself from a political hit-job.
