It is disappointing to see Rosen using such Swamp Speak. These words are carefully chosen dog whistles to attempt to lend some credibility to a totally incredible document. A much more accurate way of telling the truth is: "The document is a concoction of bald face lies from a shadowy illicit mole, paid for by Hillary Clinton."
Words like "dossier", "compendium", "largely unverified", "salacious", and "opposition research firm" are carefully chosen Swamp Speak to attempt to lend false credibility to the statement.
