That depends on whether you're using positive or negative color addition. In positive, black is the absence of color, and white is a summation of all colors. Negative addition, white is your base and adding colors together makes black.

The mistake was in Evergreen’s creation. It was created as a sop to the Black community that couldn’t seem to get any of their children accepted at public universities because they failed to me standard academic requirements for admission. It’s long past time to withhold public funds from this so-called university and force it to go private or vacate the facility.

Hard to say. My dna profile DID say ‘North” Africa. Probably more Arab, though.

Could be, but something clear (like non colored glass) could be an absence of color. What color is water? (And I don’t mean the ocean, which reflects the sky or sometimes things under the water)

Correct, those materials would be colorless. Color is a crude 'definition' of the wavelengths of visible light that a material absorbs/reflects. If the full spectrum of light passes through a material, then it technically doesn't have a color. The color you see (assuming a full-spectrum white light source) is the colors a material reflects. That's why green grass looks black when you shine a red light on it - it absorbs the red wavelengths, and there's no green wavelengths to reflect/you to see.

Water is mostly colorless - similar to air. Depending on other materials present, you'll get slight hues of color, but pure water lets light pass through. Refraction can also change colors - this is where light bends when it changes mediums - the pencil in a glass of water trick, where it looks like two half-pencils depending on your viewing angle. Different wavelengths refract at slightly different angles. You won't see much in a glass of water, but shining a light on a drop of water on the counter or looking at a sunset, the water/air 'prisms' the light and gives you a rainbow or red and yellow skies.

Huh? One of the guys in my old Guard unit was named 'White'. And he was probably the darkest black guy we had. Funny though, we also had SSG Brown, he was an old white guy. SSG Martinez was black.
