In case you missed the breaking news Thursday, Jose Zarate, the illegal alien who shot and killed Kate Steinle in San Francisco, was found not guilty.
Zarate, you’ll remember, had been deported five times prior to the deadly shooting of Steinle. He had even been in jail on a drug charge prior to the shooting but thanks to San Francisco’s sanctuary city laws, Zarate was released despite a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer on him.
As you can imagine, President Trump, who campaigned on cracking down on illegal immigration and building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, was furious at the not-guilty verdict. On Thursday evening he called it “disgraceful” and said it’s “no wonder the people of our Country are so angry with illegal immigration.”

But he didn’t stop there. Friday morning he continued talking about the case.
“The Kate Steinle killer came back and back over the weakly protected Obama border, always committing crimes and being violent, and yet this info was not used in court. His exoneration is a complete travesty of justice. BUILD THE WALL!” Trump said on Twitter.
“The jury was not told the killer of Kate was a 7 time felon. The Schumer/Pelosi Democrats are so weak on Crime that they will pay a big price in the 2018 and 2020 Elections,” he added.

While Zarate may not have been found guilty of first degree murder, second degree murder, or manslaughter, U.S. immigration official will deport him…again.
The city, county, and state needed a not guilty verdict to inoculate themselves from civil and criminal liability. Not really that hard to see based on what evidence and testimony was to be allowed. It was like the state and the shooter were co-defendant, and the state makes the rules.

Using liberal logic, the state of California will provide him with a stipend and expense account to stay in Mexico.
They better hurry before San Francisco puts a new suit on him, gives him a box of chocolates and shuttles him in a limousine to the Tiajana boarder crossing.
They should not be cleared from civil charges based on a not guilty criminal ruling. Recall OJ’s two trials.
Mr. Trump:
Order the Wall built starting today.
Order the immediate arrest of all Sanctuary City officials across the country.
Order the immediate deportation of all illegals.
That’s what it will take to save our country. Do I think this will happen? Never in a million years. This country is done.
I didn’t sit through the trial so I don’t know what evidence they heard, but I can’t understand how they can convict for being a felon in possession of a hand gun, and not find manslaughter. This jury needs to explain itself or be ostracized.
I guess they didn’t want to be racist.

Ostracized in San Francisco? Hell, this jury will be cannonized, probably a square will be named after them along with a statue of the killer.

Yes, he did! There were 3 “immigrants” on the jury, it didn’t say if they were illegals or not.
