The judge is a liberal fascist. And now she is trying to convict the defendants without their having access to a complete recoprd of evidnce to be used by the procecution.

Its called carrot and stick. The defendaNts need all OF THE EVIDENCE,including evidence that will exhomorate them that the prosecution is hiding. The judge is willing to soften the incarceration so as to placate the defendants and have them back off their demands for a complete record of all evidence. Thtas why Clive has chosen to stay in jail

Navarro is simply a judge who is prejudiced against the defendants. If the feds refuse to make all the evidence available to the defendants, the case must be dismissed.Navarro is just beating around the bush.And why be released to have a possible federal spook assassinate Clive, its just that tense.
