Nigel Farage has criticised Donald Trump for retweeting anti-Muslim videos, saying he showed poor judgement.
The US President has been widely criticised after he shared three clips posted by the deputy leader of Britain First on Wednesday.
At least one of the unverified videos has been found to be fake, but the White House insists the point about "border security" remains.
Broadcasting from Brussels, the Ukip MEP and Trump ally said the Republican should hold his hands up.
He said: I do think these videos are very bad taste and he showed poor judgement.
Of that I have no doubt at all.
Speaking of the White Houses defence, he added: I think that was a mistake.
There are times when perhaps its better to put your hands up and say I got this wrong and frankly try to move on.
I just can’t get my day started until I hear what Nigel has to say...about anything.... /s
FUNF.
From a man in a muzzie occupied nation.
It was dumb to retweet the well known fake video. If he is going to do this at least have his staff vet what he retweets. So much made up BS on twitter.
Absolutely, FUNF!!!
It’s tragic how Great Britain doesn’t have a modern day Margaret Thatcher or Winston Churchill!!!
Watching any news coverage from across the pond, the UK looks like just another Muslim country.
Moreover, it’s outrageous that London has a Muslim mayor.
Kinda hope President Trump intervenes to help Jayda Fransen, whose videos he retweeted yesterday, to keep her out of prison.
That’s why I steer clear of that sort of thing on Twitter.
And there are the cases where the video might be real, but the poster claims it represents one thing when it really shows something else entirely.
Nigel Farage has indeed been a disappointment lately.
Still wondering why he had to join forces with Steve Bannon, Sebastian Gorka and Sarah Palin in rallying behind Roy Moore in Alabama.
Why involve himself in a senate race in our country that has done nothing but place his supposed friend, President Trump, in an awkward postion???
Nigel is using this merely to get a little free publicity.
As Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said yesterday, President Trump was simply using the retweets to make a point about the dangerous we’re all facing from Radical Islamic Terrorism.
President Trump’s tweets are his unfiltered, unfettered communication device directly to all of us true patriots.
Personally, I don’t want anyone on his staff to interfere with what he wants to convey.
if it's UNVERIFIED, how do they know it's fake?
Which one of the three was the fake?
As Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said yesterday, President Trump was simply using the retweets to make a point about the dangerous were all facing from Radical Islamic Terrorism.
So now we’re going to go down the “fake but accurate” road? Not necessary. There are plenty of legit muzzie violence videos and five minutes research will find them.
“There are plenty of legit muzzie violence videos and five minutes research will find them.”
Agreed on that point at least as the other day, I just casually went on You Tube and it’s easy to just type in something like “No Go Zones Sweden (or Paris)” and you find all sorts of disturbing stuff.
Which one was fake?
> the well known fake video
I’ll admit to not knowing the details of its fakeness (the boy on crutches). However, this article, http://www.breitbart.com/news/britain-plays-down-row-with-trump-over-anti-muslim-tweets/, detailed the fakeness dispute thus:
@realDonaldTrump Facts do matter. The perpetrator of the violent act in this video was born and raised in the Netherlands. He received and completed his sentence under Dutch law, it said.
Note that this is not actually saying the video is fake. Nor does it say the perp was not a muslim, nor does it say he was not of middle-eastern descent. It only says that he was born in the Netherlands, was apprehended, and some action was taken against the perp.
Masters of this tradecraft, by the way, were the Clintons, Podesta and Steppinalloverus.
Et tu, Nige? Thanks to Trump and Ms. May, I now know Jayda Fransen and what she’s going through.
You do know there are plenty of people who do say one of the videos - the Dutch one - is NOT fake. Just because the Dutch government says it is fake must mean...it’s real.
