Garrison Keillor, the former host of "A Prairie Home Companion," says he's been fired by Minnesota Public Radio over allegations of improper behavior.
Keillor told The Associated Press of his firing in an email. In a follow-up statement, he says he was fired over "a story that I think is more interesting and more complicated than the version MPR heard."

He wrote a couple of books and had a radio and TV show on NPR/NPTv called A Prairie Home Companion based out of Minnesota. He was quite popular in parts of the Midwest and the Prairie States and he was a flaming leftist.

I always liked the concept of the Prairie Home Companion, just had to sometimes ignore the host. Maybe I’d like it now that Garrison is gone, but he kind of pooped in the nest.
Probably. The reason I asked was that I put up a thread about Richard Dreyfuss last week that got yanked. Then an hour later, someone else put up the same article, from the same source, with the same headline. It’s still up today. Can’t always figure out why they do what they do.

Kiellor retired from Prarie Home Companion last year. Apparently, he was still working for Minnesota Public Radio. MPR is who fired him.

I have a theory on all of these charges. This is only the first wave. The left is trying to get everyone thinking about it then let it settle down. The next wave will be shocking and have more prominent predators but timed to suck up all of the media from a major even that they know is coming and when, like a Hillary arrest.
