Gotta give President Trump credit for not letting the Democrats stomp on him, like most Republicans do.

Next time President Trump invites Democrats to the White House for a meal, he should serve meals from the book "Pow Wow Chow". That way Elizabeth Warren can be there in spirit, if not in person.
Would that make it spirit cooking?

Trump originally had scheduled a meeting at the White House Tuesday with top congressional leaders of both parties. But on Tuesday morning, Pelosi and Schumer pulled out, in retaliation for a Trump tweet suggesting they couldn't reach a bipartisan budget deal. Trump 1, Rats 0

Imagine if McCain had had the guts to do that during the debates. Bammy said they would debate together and then backed out on the deal. If I’d been McCain I’d had an empty chair with a suit on it and pointed out this is what you get with obama.

Chuck and Nancy arrogantly assumed that, like a good little Republican President, Trump would cancel the meeting, thus giving them the media advantage.
But, he held the meeting. With two empty chairs.

The Top two Democrat snowflakes, Chuckie and Pelosi pull out of White House meeting after whining over Trumps latest tweet. Then, President Trump, next to the two empty chairs, tears into Dems for skipping the meeting:

Chuckie and Pelosie Galore and their Dems in congress, will now own the upcoming government shutdown of non essential federal agencies.
With them, shutting down the government, they are handing the keys of the nonessential Federal agencies to the man who is draining the DC Swamp.
Then, President Trump, after the Chuckie and Pelosie shutdown the non essential agencies, can tell the American people a few weeks later, “It has been proved by the wonderful and successful shutdown, we don’t need those agencies.
Therefore, “I am closing all of the so called non essential federal governmental agencies down permanently!”
“Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,to hard working Americans across our great country! MAGA!”
