'Special Counsel' Mueller Is Guilty of Misconduct and Must Resign
American Thinker ^ | 11/24/2017 | James Lewis

What's a witch-hunter to do when there's no witch, and witchcraft itself turns out to be imaginary? When even the latest accusation against the biggest scapegoat of the house is a crock?

Alan Dershowitz, a liberal in good standing with occasional fits of constitutional sanity, has called on Bob Mueller, aka "The Special Prosecutor," to resign, 'cause there's no there there.

Professor Dershowitz points out that Trump may be guilty of sins "but not crimes." Well, if POTUS Trump is a sinner, I hope the Lord forgives him, along with the rest of us. But if all sinners went to Hell, there would be no room for the rest of us.

The case against Bob Mueller and his squad of Democrat witch-hunters is much stronger than merely fraud against the taxpayer. Purely politically motivated persecutions under color of law are major violations of the United States Constitution and English Common Law, from which our everyday laws are largely derived. In civilized legal codes, persecutions of designated witches under color of law (any law they can find or make up) are strictly forbidden and should be punished by ABA disbarment, imprisonment, and perhaps confiscation of ill gotten gains. This would include every single taxpayer penny spent on this enormous hoax.

This is the problem that faced the Vatican Office of the Inquisition in the 19th century, when Vatican cardinals began to wonder if burning Catholic heretics was still trendy.

Jeff Sessions needs to appoint a Special Council to investigate the Special Council. But since he’s been compromised it won’t happen.

Mueller could very well be called to testify about his role in covering up Uranium One.

The witch hunter is a witch.
The whole purpose of this exercise is to cover up the sins of the previous administration, the democrats during the last election, and to nullify the will of the voters.

Dershowitz is playing us. He’s a “D”, isn’t he? I’ll believe he means it when I see him go before the House and Senate committees and give “chapter and verse” as to why Muleears is wrong and demand that he either resign or be fired, along with his band of cohorts.

Jeff Sessions at least has scruples and a moral code.
Mueller has a proven record of bending the rules
to get a conviction at any cost !
Mueller is already tainted by his personal involvement in Clinton's 'Uranium One' !

Corrupt-o-crat Mueller will hang on like a pit bull. There's one way to stop him, though.

Open another Special Counsel investigation to investigate Uranium One with Jay Sekulow as Special Counsel. Mueller is neck deep in Uranium One corruption and will have to spend time defending himself.

I don't understand why Sessions is not fired and replaced a long time ago.

There are so many laws in the US that nobody could ever NOT have violated at least some of them.

So, a special prosecutor, could find anybody guilty of something.

The whole idea of a “special prosecutor” is bizarre. An executive branch law enforcement officer (i.e.. Attorney General) appoints someone with nearly unlimited powers, to investigate itself.

If Congress wants an investigation, it should simply use its Constitutional power to establish an investigation when it is needed.

Imagine Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch appointing anyone to investigate Obama? What a laugh.

I thought Mueller was suppose to be temporary until Trump nominated someone to take the position. What happened?

There are lots of calls to these criminals to resign now that are what you could call “a Dutch Uncle’s advice.” This is usually done prior to more hostile and forceful methods will be applied.

Soon the Swamp chorus will shout for Mueller's resignation, realizing that Trump was never the actual target of Special Counsel Mueller. There was never any evidence of collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign, but there is hard evidence of Russian bribery of the Clintons and many of their cronies.

Doesn't anybody remember this testy exchange during the October 9, 2016 debate in St. Louis?
DJT: "If I win, I'm going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation. We're going to have a special prosecutor."
HRC: "It's just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country."
DJT: "Because you'd be in jail."

Fast forward to May 16, 2017... President Trump interviewed former FBI Director Robert Mueller to replace fired Director Comey. It makes no sense that Trump would even consider then 72-year-old Mueller for a job that he was not even eligible to hold again - having already exceeded its 10-year term limit by special consent of the Senate in 2011. One must wonder what they really talked about, because...

The very next day, May 17, Mueller was appointed Special Counsel by Deputy AG Rosenstein, whose appointing Order Number 3915-2017 granted authority to investigate and prosecute the following:
(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R <§> 600.4(a).
"

It is now apparent that President Trump knew two things early on:
1. Neither Trump nor his campaign ever colluded with the Russian government and had nothing to fear from any investigation; and
2. There was a mountain of evidence that Hillary Clinton and many of her swamp mates received bribes from Russia in exchange for one-fifth of America's uranium, and Mueller knew all about it - and the existence of a paid FBI informant - since he was FBI Director between 2001 and 2013.

As I have stated on many occasions, President Trump and AG Sessions have behaved like men holding aces while their opponents appear terrified and panicked. The nooses are tightening.

From the article:
Byron York, one of the best conservative reporters, has leaked a guvmint confession that, just as you thought, the FBI "was never able to verify" the infamous Moscow pee-pee report that triggered the totally phony campaign against Donald J. Trump. "The FBI was never able to verify" is an admission against interest, as they say in the legal game, meaning "Oops! The prosecution doesn't have a case!" It is indeed a confession of criminal prosecutorial misconduct, and all the perverters of justice in the FBI and DOJ have violated their oath of office and must resign. Or go to prison. Or both.
(Bolding mine.)

Mueller would love to get Trump, but as you point out, the primary purpose is to cover up the crimes of the Deep State.

And Mueller's SC investigation is a warning to Trump. Come after us for our real crimes and we will find something on you, even if we have to make it up.

It's blackmail of a sort.

Exactly.

If the House Judiciary Committee wants to investigate Trump, let them conduct their own non independent, "independent" investigation.

Then Trump can take full control of his DOJ and his executive branch, and jettison all Deeper Staters.

Anything short of that and the Deep State will wins and the Constitution is defeated.
