Did you know that President Donald Trump has ruined Thanksgiving? That is the premise of Politico on Thanksgiving Day. Interestingly GQ magazine proposes that if somehow your Thanksgiving is going great, that Trump should be injected into the conversations by angry liberals in order to ruin the event for everybody. GQ gives tips on performing this task in It's Your Civic Duty to Ruin Thanksgiving by Bringing Up Trump. Therefore it seems that the real Donald Trump is not the problem; only the weaponized Trump used by angry liberals to ruin what would normally be warm family feelings on Thanksgiving Day.

Well our Thanksgiving was a good one here and Trump nor Hitlary’s name ever came up. All in all a great day, good food, great deserts, good wine(s) and great people, all having a thankful Thanksgiving. What more could you ask for?

Creating anger and division is a Hallmark of the Democrat party and liberalism. They areosychopathic. And it’s contagious among them.
Mine too. Last year we had this great feeling of relief knowing the Wicked Witch of the East didn't win. This year we have seen win after win after win with 3.8% GDP after 7 plus years of 1% GDP. Unemployment is way low. Everyone who wants to work is working. The stock market is up which helps companies, the wealthy, and those who have retirement money in funds. We won all the races that counted and lost practically nothing, even with the Virginia loss, since that just went to another dem. Dem for dem. No win no loss.
ISIS is all but defeated and now the Taliban is looking at the same future. The President is repairing a lot of the damage done by the previous Administration with our relationships with other important countries like China and Russia. We want to compete fairly with them; not be at war with them. N. Korea and Iran continues to be a thorn in the barefoot of all freedom loving people everywhere but little by little NK is being contained and I like to think there's a plan to rein in Iran and like-minded West haters. Immigration control is slowly happening. It's tough when both the GOPe and the Dems are fighting the American people on such a basic issue. Some funding for the wall has been approved so that's moving forward.
Yessiree; we have a lot to be thankful for this year.

No, they cannot ruin any of those holidays. They didn’t give them to us and they cannot take them away.
We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving. It was a regular work day here but afterward, I put the food in the oven to bake and decorated the table. Then, hubby and another teacher came over. We enjoyed fellowship, good food and a Bible study on Hebrews 13 afterward. Prayers of thankfulness for God’s blessings ascended.
None of that was contingent on externals such as politics. Christmas will be the same. Then, friend’s birthday, Hubby’s birthday, daughter’s anniversary, Dad’s birthday, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Busy week and forget about externals.

Tonight I shared a meal with family and we’re all on the same page.
