A Just Law can NEVER promote vice and unnatural evil, degrading behaviors like baby-killing or sodomy. As Justice Marshall stated, unjust law is “null and void” and we have a duty to disobey it. Just Law is based on Right Reason according to Natural Law. Sodomizing others is irrational and unnatural and a vice. It should still be a felony like it was for hundreds of years. By normalizing the rites of Ba’al worship and forcing it into a “Just” law (which removes Reason and Logic from law), it forces satanism, a religion, and irrationality on children.
