No American gun owner should ever be more than two seconds away from having a loaded firearm in their hands at all times.
Good job, Ma’am!
YAY! Hopefully he was illegal. A Two-fer!
all i use in my Glock 19 is Speer Gold Dots..excellent round.
voter intimidation?
LOL!
Not sure i get it but it sounds kind of funny.
It is a conversation between a man from California and a woman from Arizona illustrating the contrast between the two cultures concerning firearms. The conversation takes place as they are on the run from a hit man and a rogue ATF agent and it is a short light moment following a suspenseful escape from danger.
“best crime thriller Ive read in years” - Marshall Trimble, Arizona State Historian
"Fear no man, what-eer his size
Just call on me, I'll equalize"
Man, you don't wanna mess with this woman.
Well, now you’ve got me interested. That is funny between the CA guy and the VA gal.
BTW, I was born and raised in Palo Alto, CA, the epicenter of Leftism and I now live in AZ. I love AZ and am a lover of the Constitution and LIMITED constitutional federal government (which means among other things, “Hands off my guns, Pal!”). In many ways, AZ is like a breath of fresh air from CA. I love CA but hate their politics.
I’m a rare breed - born in Palo Alto, the cradle of Leftism, and about as anti-Left, pro-Free Constitutional Republic as you can get.
In the meantime, I’ll check out the book. Thanks.
Born in Montebello, raised in La Mirada.
Moved to AZ in ‘81. For that I give thanks.
But we will probably end up paying to bury or cremate the wretch.
But that is a bargain even compared to trying human refuse.
It bothers me more to have to take an innocent animals life than a wicked persons life who has zero consideration for my life.
Logically I agree with you.
But emotionally I doubt that it would be that easy.
If I ever have to take another human life I have no doubt that I will dwell on that moment for the rest of my life. I would wish to my dying day that it had not happened.
I would know logically that that person left me no choice; it was him or me.
But emotionally I would puzzle on and on that if I had shot lower or higher or one less round he might have made it to the hospital and survived.
Most of we humans can not help but carry quilt over the taking of another human life regardless of our logical reasons for doing so.
I am truly sorry that this woman will carry this burden for the rest of her life. I also grieve that her children witnessed their mother killing a man. I can only imagine how that will impact their lives.
That man is truly evil for what he has done to this woman and her family in forcing her to kill him.
It would bother me but not for long.
I can sit and think about all the other people I saved from his or her violence and possible murders, thefts, damage, and such. I can sit and think about how this place is better off without such a person inflicting themselves on others for the rest of their lives, demanding we take care of them if we incarcerate them and they get sick and old.
If its a person who doesnt value other peoples lives I will not be bothered by these people ceasing to exist. I am not bothered by it when they go now without my involvement. I am grageful the world is a little bit safer with them gone.
