A federal judge in Maryland became the second to block the Trump administration’s proposal to oust transgender service members from the military — but went a step further than the prior ruling and halted a directive for the Pentagon to stop paying for gender-reassignment treatments.
The preliminary injunction issued Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Marvin J. Garbis comes after the prior ruling out of D.C. found that the policy banning transgender troops creates an “inherent inequality” that likely violates the Constitution.
Judge Garbis wrote in his 53-page order that transgender military members who filed suit over the proposal had established that they were “likely to suffer imminent harm as a result of the Directives in the President’s Memorandum.”

Why do we even bother with a Legislative and Executive branch anymore? The Judicial rules America.
Why do judges have all this power to over turn the President’s authority?
I suggest Garbis for reassignment surgery, willing or no.
The cost of these procedures should be charged to this judges annual budget.

Transgender is a choice. Can women come into service and have boob jobs paid for? Also the service discriminates against people with cancer, only one leg, diabetics and paranoid skitzos. They all need medical help too. This will lose at Supreme Court level but they hope to drag it out until getting rid of Trump.
If Obama can ignore law, then Trump should ignore these judges. What are they going to do throw him in jail? they can’t according to the Constitution.
Maybe this judge is overstepping the court’s authority.

Turtleturd is slow walking it, playing out the clock. They know it, and we know it.
Short of pitchforks and divine intervention, I don’t see how he (or any of the rest of the traitors) can be stopped.
Several of the anti-federalist papers pointed out that an activist judiciary would slow gather power to itself until it would make laws and execute them too.
I believe there was a law passed earlier this year that allows the Fed govt to set any Fed employee salary to one dollar.
I dont know if that rule can be applied to this “judge”, but if can, it should. Any many more should qualify!

They don’t. They only have the power if the executive and congress cede it to them. These POS need to be rounded up and charged with sedition.

Worse than that. Any single judge that liberals can find to rule on their pet agenda apparently can single handedly over rule, not only the executive, and legislative, but also the direct will of the people when they directly vote on issues.
I agree and they're counting on Trump being a one term president, we have to make sure he's reelected.

Unless Congress specifically set aside funds for this self-mutilation, Trump can refuse to spend money on it.
