I agree that they are nuisance suits.
Attorneys trying to make a quick buck of the misery of others.
Nah. This is a group of disgusting attorneys trying for a big pay-day.
I don’t trust folks like that to clear the air.
They’ll toss up more dust than we can see through.
If the plaintiffs choose their lawyers unwisely, possibly. But if the plaintiffs get good lawyers, then something informative may come from this.
These lawyers go out and seek to represent people in these sorts of situations.
They make decisions that are best for the attorney’s position, not the clients. Then they take a massive cut of the settlement or winnings.
These guys moved the venue to Los Angeles for one reason. Liberal population base...
They’re looking for a big payday. That’s all.
Truth? We already know the truth, that there was nothing that could be done to stop this.
Some Las Vegas entity that was just handed a very tragic situation, will now be charged for the indignity.
If you think they are going to look at the shooter, any connections he had, what all transpired,... I think you’re hoping for things that will not come.
This is all about blaming deep pockets for not preventing this.
It’s not about anything else.
