Lois G. Lerner, the former director of the IRS’s Exempt Organizations Unit, filed court documents on Thursday requesting the sealing in perpetuity of tapes and transcripts of depositions she gave in court this year, Washington Times reports.
Lerner claimed members of her family, including “young children,” have received death threats due to her role in the IRS targeting scandal, in which conservative and tea party groups had their tax-exempt status denied or delayed until after the 2012 election.

When I see that picture of her smug arrogance, I think she may be right to fear decent people. She should be unable to safely walk down any-street USA for her conduct in office.
She should be officially impeached and unable to ever hold public office again.
She should be held in contempt by congress.
She should be stripped of her taxpayer funded pension.
She should be subject to civil lawsuits by the citizens she harmed.
Remember, when it comes to fellow left wing travelers the left talks of any lack of CONVICTION as if it were a lack of evidence.
But when talking about the not-we the left frequently talks up the presence of ACCUSATIONS or INVESTIGATIONS as worthwhile evidence.
There is no excusing attacks on her or her children. But, if she’s committed a crime, her children will have to be taken care of by others for a time.

This MAY be true ... but more likely it’s that the IRS doesn’t want it to get out, so told Lois go play fraidy cat so they can have plausible deniability when they don’t release them.
One plausible (though I admit unlikely) explanation that would account for Sessions’ lack of desire to prosecute her as well as her desire to keep testimony closed in perpetuity would be *if*, when earlier this year, she was confronted with the mountain of the evidence against her, she ratted on the Obamas/Clintons.
Then you could understand her fear of disclosure.
Nothing at all odd here. Just a secret court motion to keep the activities of a Government criminal secret....forever. People are acting like WE are in charge or something. /s

What could be simpler?
Asking a judge to ‘seal testimony’ in perpetuity is a pretty big request. Even if the judge is predisposed toward the petitioner, they’re going to think twice about granting that request.
The first refuge of these tyrannic scoundrels once they are found out is to make a false claim of being threatened by their victims.
In fact, they are the ones who break laws and use the power of the government to threaten and stomp on innocent people.
This filthy b**** belongs in prison for the rest of her miserable life.

Their ya go. The 1st 3 would take a House and Senate with manly bits, sadly unless we get de-elect the current management I don’t see it happening. The last can be done outside the shere of their dysfunctionality.
None of these scandals occurred w/o the approval of POS Chairman Maobama.
In a just world, the judge would grant her “young children” monthly visitation rights to see momma at the Graybar Hotel for the next 20 years or so.
I could NOT be happier she is having anxiety about the possibility of the release of all of her records and her fear of reprisals by the people she wronged with her crimes. Let this bit¢h suffer!
What if Lerner hadn't interfered in blocking the conservative groups from obtaining tax exempt status and these groups ultimately had enough influence that the Republican nominee, Mitt Romney had defeated Obama and became President in 2012.
Would Trump have even run in 2016?
Would we still have a President Romney in his 2nd term?
Or would we have President Hillary now?
Just throwing that out there.
STOP the public hearings for conservatives and secret hearings for liberals.
Her arrogance is truly breathtaking. “Gee, I damaged people and I’m afraid if they find out, they might damage ME. Please help.” She’s up there in Hillary territory on the Arrogance Scale.
I think she would be perfectly safe in solitary confinement where she belongs.
