Now if we figure out how to remove 90+ volcanoes from the continent, we’ll be alright.

If the top of the world is getting warmer, then what is really happening is temperatures are equalizing north to south.

This isn’t a bad thing.

They have nothing else to demagogue to this extent, so they can’t let go.

Young mush for brains fools, buy into this stuff.

What else could the Left loft that would have this kind of impact.

The Left: Keep saying it until people believe it.

An international summary of five year's worth of research on Arctic climate change concludes the top of the world is getting warmer faster than anyone thought.

Again?!!! Hell at the rate the predictors and modeling have been underestimating how hot it is in the Arctic, all the ice will have been melted there for 5 years, come this time next year!

***WARNING***

CBS = Complete Bull Sh#t

Don’t believe these Lying Leftist Media outlets that proved themselves during the 2016 campaign to be operatives of the DNC and intentional liars. They are presumed to be lying and we should presume what they publish is a lie. The presumption can only be rebutted with the outlet providing clear and convincing evidence they are not lying.

This is ONLY about repeating the lie of man-made weather and the excuse for global totalitarian government, brought to you by the Delusional Lying Left.

The psychological state of the Delusional The Lying Left:

Is an “ice scientist” a scientist whose brain has been frozen?

Yup, thought so. :-)

Perhaps I’m just being selfish, but I usually don’t play golf here in SC in February because it is too cold for me and if global warming allows me to play golf here 12 months out of the year and not have to wear long pants then I’m fine with that. And, because of the global warming excesses I chose not to break the first sentence into more than one and say the same thing.

I’m a scientist and I’m OK.
I sleep all night and spelunk all day.

I climb icebergs and I skip and jump,
I eat my lunch then put on my pumps.
I make sure I don’t wake the seals
It makes it hard to walk in heels.

I’m a scientist and I’m OK.
I sleep all night and spelunk all day

I’d think Canadians in particular would welcome some warmer weather. It’s not as if all this hasn’t happened before. It’s just that short-lived humans reckon time very differently than the Earth does. With every ice melt there is evidence of old forests and other indications that in the geologic past Arctic regions were much warmer than now.

If they were really serious they’d stop wasting time on the US and go after the real polluters.

China, India, Russia.

Ain’t gonna happen because none of them will pay the extortion money.

“one of Canada’s top ice scientists”

Based upon what? Grant funding? Networking his way into publishing in higher profile journals? What? “Top scientists” are those who hypothesize, test their hypotheses, don’t over-interpret their data, and contribute new knowledge to their fields. Most of these ‘climate scientists’ are not doing things that would advance our understanding of what determines climate, and why it is dynamic. They make measurements that any of us could make if we had access to global climate stations, and then they extrapolate from this data - seemingly too often tweaking data points in order to get the answer they want.

Most do not hypothesize alternative contributors to atmospheric heat retention other than carbon dioxide. They seem more interested in finding new ways to ‘prove’ their assumptions - not disprove their own hypotheses. That’s not science. That is self-promoting careerism.

We didn't get our act together and we're still dicking around trying to figure out how to price carbon.

Is this ice scientist jargon? I'm impressed!

An international summary of five year's worth of research ...

Only five year's worth of data, eh?
Gee, I wonder why they only cherry-picked five years? /s
Which five years?

"...research on Arctic climate change concludes the top of the world is getting warmer faster than anyone thought..."

Well I should think so!

Every first year physics student can tell you that heat rises.

Geeez!

"We didn't get our act together and we're still dicking around trying to figure out how to price carbon"

Yea, well you don't own the sources of carbon... so we're not buying into your "you must pay us for everything you do in order to save the planet" scam.

Back in 1975, I sold my place in the Rockys because it was supposed to be under a mile of ICE by now. Last time I checked, it was ice free and owned by someone else.

I was also told that the South would be the grain basket of the USA as the northern grain states would also be under a mile of ice by now.
Then in the 1990s we were told the arctic would be ice free by now. Should I keep my stock in Trans-Arctic Shipping Inc. or sell at a loss.
