The way that transpired was, the Donkees were set to release the Access Hollywood video the Monday morning after the second debate (i.e, the morning after the picture of BJ and Chelsea). But somebody screwed up, and WaPo got the video on Friday and released it, thereby setting in motion the Donald's brilliant counterattack (see that picture)!
