Are you sure about that? I think Fed law doesn’t allow charging for the Handicap plate.

OOps you’re right. For some reason I thought they were a $30 add on. I have a permanent placard so I knew they were free. Mea culpa.

In Ohio a placard good for five years is currently $5, and requires a doctor’s prescription. Plates are $65, depending on the county’s tax
