WASHINGTON — A fifth woman accused Roy S. Moore, the Republican Senate candidate in Alabama, on Monday of making sexual or romantic advances toward her when she was a teenager, as senior Republicans in Washington called for him to drop out of the race.
The new accuser, Beverly Young Nelson, told a news conference in New York that Mr. Moore attacked her when she was 16 and he was a prosecutor in Etowah County, Ala. Ms. Nelson was represented at the news conference by Gloria Allred, a New York lawyer who has championed victims of sexual harassment.
“I tried fighting him off, while yelling at him to stop, but instead of stopping, he began squeezing my neck attempting to force my head onto his crotch,” Ms. Nelson said in a statement she issued at the news conference. She said Mr. Moore warned her that “no one will believe you” if she told anyone about the encounter in his car.

All this BS is going to backfire.
No, but in the warped logic of sexual harassment law it establishes acquaintance in the time period.
And, if he mom and sister are willing to say under oath that she told them about it at the time (within a day or two), it further reinforces the charge.
It’s enough that the fire will not be extinguished. And enough that the rest of the Senate will be tempted to expel, at least.
At least that’s what I learned in mandatory Sexual Harassment Training.
Not sure of that but Allred wants Moore and the lady to testify under oath. Under oath for what? a claim that Moore groped her 40 years ago?
She should take one but not sure why Moore would have to take one. I think we have ventured far into the absurd when politicians are required to take lie detector tests about their activities when they were single. What other politician is being asked to do that? This whole thing is a crock.
She stated, she and Moore walked out of the restaurant at the same time. So the boyfriend wasn’t there, she claimed it was cold and Moore offers her a ride. Big problem........she obviously didn’t wait too long for the boyfriend, she could have gone back in the restaurant and waited for him inside. Obviously, Moore must have known there was a ride coming for her and instead of leaving the area to sexually assault her, he takes her to the back of the building to assault her and then throws her out of the car so she can walk back into the restaurant for help. Ridiculous!

Because he signed a yearbook? When I was in grade school, all the way through high school, you tried to get as many signatures in your yearbook as possible. It was kind of a big deal back then. Girls tried to get as many guys to sign, & guys tried to get as many girls to sign as they could.
He signed her yearbook before he attempted to rape her she says. But why would you ask a 30 year old man a stranger to sign your yearbook. I worked at a Dunkin doughnuts when I was 16 and I don’t recall ever asking a customer an old man to sign my yearbook.

On of the hardest parts to believe of her story is that nobody came out from the restaurant to the dumpsters while this was going on. It is implied she worked closing shift. Trust me, I have worked at restaurants during closing shift. The dumpsters are the last place you would go to be hidden from people.
Also he was strangling her hard enough to leave bruises yet was also trying to take her shirt off all while she was fighting him off? She was being so severely choked that bruises were left yet she kept crying out for him to stop? Nope does not compute.
Then there is this. According to her he assured her silence by intimidating her with reminders of his power and her lack of credibility because she was a child. Well could he not done the same thing to force her to perform a sexual act instead of getting physically violent? I mean who would believe her, right?
She states she told close family members yet they too shut up? Even though there was physical evidence of assault? Even though witnesses could place them together before the assault happened? Even though she was most likely in a highly emotional state when she arrived home? Even though others probably made note of how flirtatious he was towards her? Even though her clothing might be stretched out of shape or torn? Nope does not wash.
I agree. Even if one believes Roy Moore was a Bill Clinton style predator the scenario still makes no sense. A Clinton predator would arrange things in such a way that he had a better chance to score. There was no way he was getting anything in this so-called encounter.
The only way the story could have happened is if he started to take her home and then somehow lost control of his mind and then started pawing at her and somehow forgot about the boyfriend and other patrons driving by his car.
That would require Moore to have a pretty severe problem of some sort. If so, there should be other evidence over decades to show this. Yet we don’t have any of that.
What I don’t get is how this woman could make all this up, subject herself to such publicity and then continue to live with her neighbors in Alabama. This woman is not used to publicity and could barely read her statement.
Ann Coulter just said on the Howie Carr that Moore should step aside. Another swamp monster shows ITS true colors.

We are in an existential, life-and-death struggle with the Deep State-Media-Elite Axis for control of this country and its institutions. It does not matter what Roy Moore did 40 years ago. It matters what he has done in the 15 years I have known about him.
Bill Clinton got a pass. Menendez got a pass. Ted Kennedy got a pass. Why is Roy Moore tried and convicted in the court of public opinion? Only because he is a Christian, and the Swamp fears him.
It's about time we stopped spearing our own for alleged sins of youth, especially when the allegations come at a VERY convenient time for the Left, and are being orchestrated by the institutions of the Left.

Would crawl over broken glass to vote Judge Roy Moore. The media can double, triple, quadruple, quintuple down on allegations, and it DOES NOT MATTER A WHIT to me.
