The Chinese don't take too kindly to thieves. I wonder how long it'll take for theLemon's, Jackson's, Sharpton's, etc. begin echo racism over the airwaves?

Would anyone be surprised if they came home on Air Force One?

Such a shame to work so hard to get into a good college and ruin it all like that... dreams of being a college grad just dashed!

There was a BB team that visited Tokyo years ago:

They went to the electronic district of Akihabara and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM pulled out all the stops and stole TONS of stuff.

The Japanese cops permitted them to think they’d gotten away with it, but at Narita airport on their flight back their luggage was all seized, and ALL the stuff was taken back.

They were told never to return to Japan and I believe that school will never be invited to a sporting event in Japan again.

THEY **ALL** DID IT.

Can’t remember if it was Howard U, I think it wasn’t, but it was one of those.

I would. Trump doesn't bend rules for losers and thieves.

Maybe the LA news didn’t report on what happened to Otto Warmbier? Not kidding. The ‘news’ that the population watches doesn’t contain anything that goes against the Dems. I suspect Otto’s parents were Lefties. I wonder if they are still Lefties. These basketball players need to learn there are consequences for their behavior. They will be punished, but I’m sure they won’t end up like Otto Warmbier.

I’m seeing it more as China making a goodwill gesture towards Trump in delivering the students to him. I don’t think he would refuse to take them under those circumstances.

Yes, I agree with you that Trump would not go out of his way to broker some kind of deal to get them sprung.

I could see him sitting down with them on the flight and explaining what life is all about and those kids coming out of it with a new perspective on their president.

I could see Trump giving the Chinese some trade concessions in exchange for a promise that their trial won’t start until 2035.

This has a fishy smell to it.

I don’t hear anyone questioning whether there is any validity to the Chinese claim. The timing with Trump’s visit doesn’t sit right. Also, in China Louis Vuitton is one of the most copied brands there is...one trip through any market will make you question if the store you are in is legit.

Let’s see how the details play out, and if these guys get released after Trump leaves.

Local talk show (WTAM) Millennial Moron calling 18-19 year old men “kids”, unable to label their behavior as criminal. Nick Camino will only call their criminal behavior “dumb” and “stupid” and insists they should be brought home on AF One, maybe given a “reprimand” or maybe “miss half a season.(!)” Some callers agreeing with him.No wonder the respect for law is dropping like a rock.

I called them kids but when a guy is in his 60’s anyone under than 30 are kids.

I don’t trust the Chinese. So far I’ve heard of zero evidence. The whole stall tactic is why they have a 99% conviction rate.
