Anyone who travels internationally has seen the “death for drug traffickers” signs, complete with skull and crossbones, in airports like Singapore. Why would anyone be dumb enough to take opioids through an international airport? If this woman’s husband has a medical condition requiring prescription painkillers, he’s perfectly able to go see a doctor in Egypt and get his prescription filled at a pharmacy there - they have doctors and pharmacies in Egypt.

And if he can’t get them there, it’s a big hint that he SHOULDN’T LIVE THERE.
