There’s more to it.. who funded the DNC is in question and could have been a Republican donor.
We’ll see where it leads but my guess is three years from now nothing will have been done to anyone even if there’s overwhelming criminal evidence.
Two thoughts:
1. This was released to weaken any court action to order release of Fusion GPS complete billing records. This means there’s something worse than this in them.
2. Mueller will indict somebody this week to give the media another story to focus on.
Bonus round: the Uranium One stuff is really really incriminating and this is a distraction. Releasing this will allow the media to mix the two “Russia” stories together and put the uranium story down the memory hole.
