Exactly! That’s the real piss-me-offer in my view.

The Rats are getting away with any and everything probably including murder and their criminal appointees and leftist civil service employees in the executive branch cover for them.

2800 dots displayed in the right pattern can show a lot.

Right.

Also, I should have put a /sarc at the bottom of my post. Oops.

“The U.S. government spends upward of $100 million annually to provide foreign security and law enforcement personnel from developing nations with counterterrorism training but fails to vet them or assure they depart the county upon completion of the course.”

56,000 Non-vetted foreign nationalists, counterterrorism trained in U.S. soil, and left to blend in? Am I reading this right?

Yep, that number is for a 5 year period so it’s just over 11,000 a year.

There’s no excuse for failing to properly vet them or ensure they depart the U.S. when the training is completed.

11k a year, training how many others, year after year. Can anyone direct me to ATA training protocol, and a breakdown of what countries these 11k a year came from? I’ve heard talk of such a force in the U.S. but dismissed it as a yarn.

53 Partner Nations...

“A strategic partnership between the Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) and the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), the ATA Program serves as a primary provider of U.S. government antiterrorism training and equipment to 53 active partner nations, building capacity to investigate, detect, deter, and disrupt terrorist activities while bolstering foreign civilian law enforcement counterterrorism skills. Through a blend of training, equipping, mentoring, advising, and consulting partner nations, ATA has successfully delivered services to 100,000+ law enforcement personnel from 154 countries and has offers antiterrorism course divided into 11 main disciplines, including: Police Operations and Law Enforcement Management; Maritime & Police Training; Protection of National Leaders; Police Tactical training and Infrastructure Security; Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) & Mass Casualty training; Senior Investigative & Crisis Management; Human Rights, Trends, and Cyber; Explosives; and Homeland Security.”

This is the first I’ve heard of the ATA.

Check the live links in the article and the State Department for more info but don’t know if you’ll find more on it.

You found some good info, not surprised this is an expensive State Dept bureaucratic program involving the countries in that area.

You are correct. There are a lot more than “just” the 2800 dots to connect.

Decades of corruption has a lingering odor.
