A guidance counselor at Albert Einstein High School in Kensington has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two women he met via the social media dating app Tinder in two unrelated incidents, Montgomery County police said.
Colin Sime Black, 33, of Clemson Court in Rockville was arrested Thursday. Police said he met the two women on two unrelated occasions, and the victims do not know each other.
One of the victims agreed to meet Black at his Rockville apartment on March 24. The woman engaged in consensual sex with Black, who then committed additional sexual acts without her consent, police said. The victim reported the incident to police that night.
On Sept. 15, officers were notified of a possible sexual assault involving Black as the suspect. This assault occurred at Black's residence in December 2016 and was similar in nature to the first assault, police said. This victim did not have knowledge of the ongoing investigation of the offenses committed by Black on March 24.
Black was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual offense and one count of second-degree assault, police said. Bond information is not available at this time.
