I thought it was known John McCain commissioned the Dossier - Or was his role just to pimp the allegations out afterwards?

AND did Obama’s DOJ use this garbage to mislead a FISA court judge to approve a surveillance warrant?

Does AG Sessions want to know.

Trump warns McCain: ‘Be careful because at some point I fight back and it won’t be pretty”

How about Trump filing charges AND Civil matters against these people. They will talk, talk, talk. Why is everyone afraid of these people. If it was an average citizen they would have him locked up without charges and tortured. Donald Trump, make your AG do something or fire him. Same with every Dem working in Gov.

Trump is the POTUS. He can order his DOJ to find out.

>>"In February the Post reported that the FBI, which had previously hired Steele to research corruption in professional soccer, had reached an agreement shortly before the election to pay him to continue his work on Trump. But the bureau did not pay Steele after the dossier leaked online."

You could hide an elephant in the ambiguity of this statement.

Do you suppose that they quit paying him because he finished the job?

Going from researching corruption in professional soccer to spying on Trump is some serious scope creep.

“...invoked their Fifth Amendment rights...”

Truly worthy of a banana republic like the United States.

IMHO

Lynn Forester de Rothschild, American ex-pat married to the globalist banking family, “Hillraiser” for Hillary, and living in London, has John McCain on the boards of her endeavors, pays him, etc. etc., was very likely one of the sources of money and connections for the dossier.

To help Hillary and McCain. You should read her Twitter feed. She is shrill in her promoting anything McCain does.

John McCain received the dossier from whom....when....and where.

How did he know it even existed. Have to go back a little further in all this to find out why McCain was involved in particular.

Call Sen McCain to the oversight committee, swear him in, and ask about how he got the Steele Dossier, how he knew to send an aide to ‘go pick it up’, where it was picked up, from whom was it picked up, who contacted him to pick it up, was any money exchanged...?

POTUS has the resources sufficient to ensure he knows who paid.

He just want us to know who paid.

two executives from a Washington research firm that helped produce the document refused to answer questions in a private meeting with the House Intelligence Committee.

Does this mean that their invoking of the fifth Amendment is not on camera (no video)? If so, Republicans are either really STUPID or they are complicit.

I remember the hearings on illegal Chinese campaign contributions during the Clinton administration. Dozens of witnesses were issued subpeonas and then allowed to have their lawyers send a letter saying that they would invoke their Fifth Amendment rights. Just imaging the campaign ads that could have been run showing witness after witness being sworn in, asked important questions, and then invoking the Fifth.
