I thought it was known John McCain commissioned the Dossier - Or was his role just to pimp the allegations out afterwards?
It is known he sent one of his aides to go pick it up and was subsequently delivered to Comey. What we don’t know officially is who commissioned it. Although it was originated by somebody on the GOPe side and then picked up by the Hitlery camp.
