A few years ago when C-Span was in my cable package, I called the morning show, Washington Journal when they hosted the president of the leading (I don't recall the organization) social justice group in the US.

I told him I was a conservative who embraced our founding principles. I asked him how would I recognize the arrival of social justice in America? What would it look like? How would society be different?

I got a deer-in-the-headlights look. He thanked me, and said that NO SOCIETY CAN ACHIEVE SOCIAL JUSTICE.

From that, I concluded the drive for social justice is like that of the quest for the Holy Grail. Neither can be reached. The important thing is the attempt, the effort to reach perfection.

Justice v. Social Justice Part I.

My translation: The important thing is propaganda, the effort to control the people, and to extract as much money as possible from the middle class in order to enrich the elite while pretending to care about the poor.
