3:25 p.m. Two Napa victims IDd: Two bodies found on the 1900 block of Soda Canyon Road in Napa County are believed to be Sally Lewis, 90, and her caretaker, Teresa Santos, 50, according to the Napa County sheriff. The bodies were found at 10 a.m. Saturday. Their discovery brings the death toll from fires in the county to six.

PG&E line-maintenance employee comments. Previous fines levied for lack of maintenance which led to fires.

Sounds like a plan...a small taste of freedom.
And in many cases these fires are related to poor forestry management with environmentalists abandoning controlled burns and debris removal.

Feinstein says dollars have to come and some of just may be used for the California wildfires.
