The black community needs to take responsibility for their own high crime rates which in turn causes their neighborhoods to be filled with cops babysitting on the dimes of the rest of the taxpayers. We're NOT making your young people break into people's homes..

So get it together... solve your problems... we're sick of paying for city police protection when blacks use 90% of the police budgets.
