These punks are everywhere as they are taught lies for American history. Many of these younger types believe they are owed. They were never told to work if you want nice clothes etc. I have never had a single teen or younger adult ask if they could earn money mowing my lawn, washing or waxing our cars etc. They do zip.
My son started working at 15. He did try to get small jobs but was always turned down. But, he did get a job at 15 and has an incredible work ethic. He has worked 2 jobs at a time when he needed to. He knows he would never go hungry but takes working seriously.
The irony is that he has been profiled. He was a teen boy in a small town; of course he was hassled. He was not in football so he was a “bad” kid. He did not have a lot of respect for cops for awhile; neither did I. But, we both got over it. He actually ended up friendly with the sheriff’s department cuz they came in for coffee where he worked 3rd shift. lol
