That theory Ann Coulter put forth makes a hell of a lot of sense. Good working theory. That might make Paddock an FBI or CIA agent. His background seems so oddly “empty” it certainly suggests it.

This scenario has been posted here independently as well, makes more sense than any other theories. Especially the theory that Paddock did this alone for absolutely no discernable reason.
