Good working theory. That might make Paddock an FBI or CIA agent. His background seems so oddly “empty” it certainly suggests it.
This scenario has been posted here independently as well, makes more sense than any other theories. Especially the theory that Paddock did this alone for absolutely no discernable reason.
And the theory as to why the police won’t admit what occurred is one of two reasons, the first being ISIS terrorists are still out there, and the second theory is that because this was sort of like a fast and furious operation, the feds will have egg on their face, AGAIN
