Merely because some constituent or another may despise a particular President, is not sufficient grounds for removal from office. There has to be an OVERWHELMING preponderance of evidence of flagrant misfeasance or malfeasance of office, to the point where the nation as a whole is threatened.

If you are going to shoot the king, better make sure you don’t miss. Consequences for failure are a little draconian.
