Pressure mounted Wednesday for Las Vegas police to explain how quickly they reacted to what would become the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history after two hotel employees reported a gunman spraying a hallway with bullets six minutes before he opened fire on a crowd at a musical performance.
On Monday, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo revised the chronology of the shooting and said the gunman, Stephen Paddock, had shot a hotel security guard through the door of his suite and strafed a hallway of the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino with 200 rounds six minutes before he unleashed a barrage of bullets into the crowd.

MOTIVE. They don’t want to admit either left wing Dem or ISIS, radical Islam influence.
Those are the only two explanations that make sense. The shooting in the hall may have been to let his help escape.
Failure to report the hallway shooting to police when it happened. Keep in mind the Las Vegas mindset: "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas."

Reminds me of when Gamil Gharbi went on his bloody rampage at Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal in December 1989, that poor police response time was cited as the chief reason as to why a high death toll (13 women shot and/or stabbed to death). Gharbi could have used a simple bolt action rifle or over/under shotgun (as opposed to the Ruger Mini 14 semi auto sporting rifle actually used) and well likely achieved similar results. Police did not enter the engineering building until some ten minutes after he took his own life and that the Montreal 911 centre gave police inaccurate address information (did not specify what building the incident was taking place in).
Might want to run that through a “fake news” screen before rushing to post it.

I believe the FBI is in charge, and wonder if Paddock was known to them beforehand? Last press conference, FBI SEA just stood on stage and watched the Sheriff. Odd.
