So according to this story, a maintenance worker named Stephen Schuck was walking down the hall when the first shots came flying down the hallway. And the security guard Campos saved *his* life by screaming for him to "take cover."
At which point, he radioed to the hotel dispatch that someone was shooting with an automatic rifle on the 32nd floor.
So now we find out that the hotel knew *before* anyone fired on the crowd that there was an active shooter on the 32nd floor...
I took that to be the case from the beginning.
So they knew exactly which floor. Didn’t they say at the beginning they weren’t sure which floor? That they had to search for him & that’s what took so long?

I don’t have anything at all against the guard although for a Time the ATF thought he was in on it:

The maintenance man story came out the night of the shooting. Campos saved MM’s life. Why when I’m replying to the Vegas threads do I feel as tho I’m worked my on a Dr Who script with a thousand other writers?!
Other than someone posted a link to a video earlier today that cobbled a bunch of videos together by time stamp alignment. It was at about the 6 minute mark after the shooting started that a piece of text was on the screen describing the current shots being directed inside the building. Could the now fabled 6 minute reference be upside down?

First we heard the room was identified by the smoke alarm going off from all the gun powder smoke. Then we heard the unarmed security guard stopped the shooting by his presence on the hall. Then we heard the guard was there 6 minutes before the outside shooting and was himself shot when 200 rounds were fired through the door. (Did any of those rounds get through walls and doors into other rooms?) Now we get this maintenance worker in the mix. More and more questions every day: Did the hotel immediately call 911 when the guard was shot? How long did it take the cops to get there if they did make that call? Why did the cops wait 72 minutes (the last time period I heard) to enter the room? So many questions and so many disconnects. Also, why were these cops on 60 minutes when the story changed almost the next day? Sheriff is not looking so spectacular right now.
Too bad this comes from NBC news ... I won’t believe it from that source.
How is it that those 200 bullets fired through his door didnt penetrate any other rooms or walls and injured no one else?
Also, this guy fires 200 rounds in an occupied hotel and no other guest calls 911 on their cell phone? Come on.

Someone called at 10:08? saying he could see the flashes in one of the upper floors. We don't the entirety of the phone call.
Now remember, it's a busy place...if calls are coning in bing, bing, bing....whoever picks it up doesn't know if there's a more important one "someplace".

Please excuse my ignorance - but isn’t that the show with time travel as part of the plot? That makes sense!
As far as conspiracies go, I think the miss-matched times have more to do with various groups trying to cover their butts regarding their response (which is a “conspiracy”) than anything related to the actual shooting. Or - it’s just a lack of clear communication. The immigrant Campos - how good is his English? I was just talking with a mechanic the other day (from S. America), and trying to get a clear explanation was REALLY difficult.
It sure looks like LVPD is messing it up by the minute. They always have an FBI minder next to them when they give a public briefing?
And as a response and as of last yesterday, House Cong Carlos Curbelo (R-Fla) has introduced a gun control bill that as written would gut the gun industry, which it goes way beyond Slidefire stocks. He has 9 Rep co-sponsors. The Hill has an article on it and I don’t think it’s been posted here yet. It’s a big dirt sandwich.
Get This !! That was 9:58 Pm . That means that the police has 6 minutes BEFORE any shots were fired. A street cop could have gotten there. Instead they dont get to the room for 1 hour and 16 minutes!!!During that time Paddock could have just kept shooting!! The swat guys had nothing to do with him stopping after 12 minutes. Let me ask you this . What were they doing while people were dying? They obviously intentionally lied about this but Campos and this maintenance man were not playing ball!!They has said Campos was wounded 18 minutes later!! How do you miss that? Why did the door have 200 holes in it? Paddock had to step into the hall to shoot Campos once in the leg. and to shoot at the maintenance man taking cover DOWN THE HALL. This gets worse and worse. And BTW , this is the bunch telling us there was no motive — it was valium? wow!!!
