Well here in the south we figure how to remain home for our hurricanes.
first because if you leave the authorities won’t let ya go beck for what seems like forever.
Second because we put signs on our homes and businesses stating, “you loot, we shoot”.
And we mean it.
In NAPA i just don’t see that happening.
