There may finally be a backlash brewing in New York City against the woke, soft-on-crime policies that have been put in place, even among Democrats. We’re not talking about the rank-and-file residents of the city, who have long been fed up with the crime wave. The current pushback is coming from both parties on the City Council and it’s being directed at the infamous Soros-backed DA Alvin Bragg. The unrest began after 46-year-old CVS clerk Scotty Enoe stabbed serial looter Charles Brito when the two got into an altercation over Brito’s latest attempt at looting the store. Brito died from...

In the video, the masked man boasts of his haul — including abortion pills — and then flashes forward to the aftermath, when he is shaken up after evidently being robbed. He holds his hand up to the camera, displaying a wound from the confrontation.

For the past few months, the riots across America have been relatively peaceful, with people able to loot stores, beat bystanders, and burn down buildings without any fear of violence. That has changed recently, though, with the deployment of the National Guard in some places and the outbreak of armed right-wingers in other areas. “It used to be if you were just minding your own business, stealing things and setting the neighborhood on fire, people would leave you alone,” said Chris Rice, a rioter. “Now it’s getting scary. You can’t even smash a window in peace.” Many point to how...

Because Barry Soetoro is no Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King. He is no leader. He is only a Machiavellian operative who believes he is a king “Rarely do we find men who willingly engage in hard, solid thinking. There is an almost universal quest for easy answers and half-baked solutions. Nothing pains some people more than having to think.” Martin Luther King, Jr. Kids, there’s so much bull sh|t flying around out there that it could shoot your eye out. And almost all of this evil, ricocheting bull sh|t has been instigated by our President-With-Three-Arab-Names. These are names he personally...

President Obama will announce a $200 million commitment from nine foundations Thursday afternoon to bolster the lives of young men and boys of color. The funding is part of a larger initiative from the White House to bring private businesses, non-profits and local governments together to intervene in key moments in the lives of young black and Hispanic men to ensure they stay in school and eventually train for and get good jobs. As Yahoo News first reported, the cause will be a major focus of Obama’s—and the first lady’s—even after he leaves office. "I think it’s something that's deeply...

Check out the Facebook page for Men's Wearhouse, whose Oakland store closed for one day out of support for the Occupy Movement. From what I understand, the store was not looted but they may well have lost a lot of customers. Who shops at MW anyway, hippies or hard working capitalists? Join the fun.

The U.S. Department of State has bought more than $70,000 worth of books authored by President Obama, sending out copies as Christmas gratuities and stocking “key libraries” around the world with “Dreams from My Father” more than a decade after its release. The U.S. embassy in Egypt, for instance, spent $28,636 in August 2009 for copies of Mr. Obama’s bestselling 1995 memoir. Six weeks earlier, the embassy had placed another order with the same book seller, Kalemat Arabia, for more than $9,000 for copies of the same book, federal purchasing records show. Around the same time, halfway around the world,...

A 25-year-old unemployed woman who was given an £8,000 operation to help her lose 16 stone is complaining because, as well as her weight loss, her benefits have been reduced. Laura Ripley, who has never worked, was given the operation on the NHS to help her slim down from 38 to 22 stone. But the 25-year-old, who receives £600 a month in benefits, is unhappy because as a result of losing weight she can no longer claim disability allowance amounting to an extra £340 a month. This, she says, means she cannot afford to eat healthily - causing her to...

SAN FRANCISCO — Days after the end of World War II, an American soldier entering the wreckage of Adolf Hitler's mountain stronghold found that fierce Allied bombing had left the "Eagle's Nest" in ruins. Hitler was dead, and other soldiers had already looted the inside of his private residence, even stripping the leather from furniture. Nearly everything of value was gone — except for the Fuhrer's globe. "Literally, the place is all bombed out and here this globe is sitting there on the desk," said John Barsamian, now 91. Now Barsamian is putting the artifact up for auction, along with...

New Mexico sheriff's deputies who helped out in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina say they saw the body of a woman, possibly a nurse, who they believe was raped and murdered in a flooded New Orleans hospital. A team of deputies found the woman's decomposing body in early September, blood around her head and her pants around her ankles, in the emergency room of Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans, Bernalillo County Sheriff Darren White said Friday. "Sure, we understand there are people who didn't survive the flood, but it doesn't explain why there would be this pool of blood...
