Must have been some mighty slow bullets then...The muzzle report bullets would be heard in a volley and a minute or two later the sound barrier bullets would whiz by...
I would say it's not a muzzle blast, but a reflection of a muzzle blast from another location...Outside the hotel...

It’s a strobe light either from inside the room or reflected off the mirrored glass. The flash pattern is too consistent.
Besides, from that low of a floor, they’d be shooting through the trees.

One can see a group of large signs reflected just next to these claimed 'muzzle flashes'.
What is blinking off in the distance that has reflected from the windows that have some assuming to be other gun fire?
